If you've been feeling yourself "stuck," "bogged down," "in a rut," "stuck in a loop," or as though you are often taken back to painful places you'd like to move on from, trauma treatment could be right for you. Hand In Hand Counseling Services LLC provides evidence-based treatment (EMDR Therapy, TF-CBT, and DBT) in order to help individuals heal from trauma, improve functioning in their lives and relationships as well as achieving freedom from the overwhelming experience of being stuck in traumatic cycles.
